Person-Centered Thinking Skills

Although the person-centered thinking tools are simple to use, becoming competent and confident in using them takes time. Not everyone needs to be an expert in person-centered planning, or in facilitating person-centered reviews, but everyone involved needs to have good person-centered thinking skills and understand the key principles behind the tools.

In this module you will learn about:

  • The skills you need for using person-centered thinking tools successfully
  • How to convert information into SMART goals
  • The importance of updating and reviewing the person-centered thinking tools
