So you’ve got a load of information – what now? Person-centered thinking tools are a means to an end, not an end in themselves. You must focus on ensuring that people get the lives that they want, rather than creating lots of plans.
 
To achieve this, you need to analyze the information that you have and think creatively about how to achieve the desired outcomes.
