Event Series Event Series: HRC Compassion@Work

How can you bring more compassion, connection, well-being and resilience to the workplace and be more compassionate with yourself?

This practical program will show you how.

October 7, 14, 21, 28, and November 4, 2025 from 9am-12pm

Bringing together current learning on self-compassion, compassionate communication, and research by Dr. Brene Brown you will be equipped with 15 Compassion@Work Practices. These practices will support how you care for yourself, and deepen the compassion you bring to your workplace.

Our 15 Compassion@Work Practices will enable you to set boundaries, help you change how you respond to others’ behavior and let others affect you, how you speak to and treat others, and how you speak to and treat yourself. You’ll practice and discover how to apply these strategies to transform your approach to compassion in both your work and personal life.
