Outcomes and the Support Sequence (Just enough Support) Adults  Coaching and Learning sets in using The Outcome and Support Sequences.

Outcomes and the Support Sequence Helen Sanderson Associates have over a decade of experience in supporting people to co-design and write clear and meaningful person centred outcomes. This included writing guidance for the Department of Health, and the Department of Education related to planning and delivering outcomes and person-centred change. Over the last four years we have been putting this into practice through Wellbeing Teams.

How the Outcomes and Support Sequence will help people thrive:

An outcome describes what someone wants to change or achieve in their life. It does not describe how to do this. An outcome can address what’s not working or can move someone closer to their aspirations.

The sequence takes you through the steps you can take to develop an outcome that is personal, specific and measurable.

Outcomes and the Support Sequence (Just enough Support)

During this program participants will:

  • Each session focuses on a person’s story brought to the session by one of the participants.
  • The session then consists of coaching the participant with the whole team contributing their ideas.
  • In this way, everyone can participate and see the process in practice around a real (anonymised) person and their situation.
